As at digital and traditional artist, I’ve been very concerned about the emergence of AI generative art. It gives people with very limited artistic skills the ability to create really amazing artwork, to the detriment of people that have spend a long time learning the craft.

Jobs will be lost, in graphic art, music, and writing with the introduction of these models.

I could spend my life fighting for “what’s right/what’s created by humans—or I can adapt and learn to use AI for what it is:

Just a tool.

In this case, I’ve taken one of my oldest original digital art works and then run it through an AI talking avatar program at www.joypixai.com to create a talking image from my original work. I only started doing this after researching marketing trends for my new book.

AI is here. We can fight it or use it as a tool.
